It is important to understand that if you are to be empowered and take control of your own healing, it requires commitment from YOU too.

Commitment​

Like most benefits in life: you get out what you put in. In this situation what you’re required to put in is Value and Time. 

We are committed to give our time and our value in the form of energy, resources, tools and skills.

​We’ve done our best to make time commitment and dollar value minimal. We want this to be doable for you! 

To get the most out of this process it is important that you show up to the weekly clearing sessions, make time to listen to the meditations, and track your own progress. 

No one is going to give you detention if you don’t stick to it, this is a self-responsibility and accountability piece.

Time

 Meditation:
  • Minimum once per day at your own leisure (optional extra meditations provided)

Bodies Clearing Process/Rituals:
  • X7 Sessions total
  • 2-3 hours each session (via Zoom)
  • Journalling: (Self-paced, Self-responsibility)
  • Time to peruse content within the Facebook Group

DATES: 
Once dates are set, you will need to be available for each Clearing Process/Ritual. This will be live, and sessions will not be recorded.
